I am a personal fitness trainer and motivation expert specializing in body transformation. Based in New York, I work with incredible clients including Brooke Shields, Chanel Iman, Naomi Campbell, Mariska Hartigay, Iman, and Jennifer Lopez.

I know what it takes to set goals for yourself that other people tell you are impossible. I know how to crush those goals beyond expectations and transform your health, your body and your life. How? Because I have done it myself. A few times. 

When I was growing up in Nigeria, I suffered from chronic recurrent respiratory illnesses. There were times that I was so frail that I couldn’t walk. I spent countless days sick and bedridden. At age 13, after an experimental treatment proved successful, I was able to finally start to heal--and live fully. 

While I started my life as physically the weakest, skinniest kid, eventually I became how I saw myself in my mind. Strong beyond measure. It was fitness and my laser-focused mental determination that helped me transform myself physically, but also in other ways too. I went to college early at age 15 in Nigeria, before heading to university in the U.S. I had a successful career in IT for many years, but a side gig as a model took off. Then, after people began asking me how I achieved my body, my career as a trainer began. After picking up boxing at the advanced age for the sport: 3,  I won the Golden Gloves Boxing championship in 2008 and 2009. Then founded Iconoclast Fitness in 2018.

How My Method Works 

New clients often come to me after they have tried everything, other workouts, trainers and diets, and they say “This is what I’ve been looking for!” My method is their tipping point. I know how to achieve what other trainers can’t. 

My own life experience allows me to see untapped possibilities and paths to success for my clients. They know that I walk the walk myself every day. This life. This health. This body. I have worked for all of it. And I, as a weight loss coach, can teach you to do the same.

My customized workouts are based in science to help you rapidly achieve the body you want. These are paired with my understanding of how to get clients to commit, work, and believe in themselves. Through work with visualization, goal setting, time management, optimum nutrition, breaking through limitations, embracing sacrifice and adopting new behaviors, I help build my clients up and make them stronger mentally, so they can do anything.

I work with clients one-on-one virtually or in-person at my gym. To reach more clients and help more people achieve their own transformation, I have developed several online workout options designed to help you on your own time.
